I’m a huge fan of tattoos. I enjoy looking at amazing tattoos and tattoo artists work. But there is always those tattoos I come across on people who make a bad decision on their tattoo or their artist. Sometimes it makes me wonder if people remember that tattoos are permanent. “Good tattoos aren’t cheap and cheap tattoos are not good” Here is my list of the top 10 ugliest tattoos.
